    Are you looking for a new professional project within an international work environment in sunny Barcelona? If you are a customer service passionate, we are willing to meet you!

    We are currently hiring Customer Service Agents with German to start working beginning march.

    As a customer service for a streaming platform your main responsibilities will be:

    - Customer Experience Advocates will assist customers through phone and/or chat about account management, billing issues, content and basic site and application navigation.
    - Provide account and application support to our clients, specifically with regards to software functionality and troubleshooting of system configurations and networks settings.
    - Give accurate and real-time responses to client inquires.

    The company is well communicated with the city center. You will work in accessible facilities (Poble Nou area); you can get there by public transport.

    We offer a full-time permanent position (project-based contract) to work 39h/week from Monday to Sunday. Different shift available from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 12am (rotating shifts).

    We offer:

    - STARTING DATE: March 9th
    - SALARY: 21.600€ gross/year + 2.400bonus.

Requisitos:
  • - Experience using Windows Operating Systems
    - A positive and can-do attitude
    - Communicate effectively and professionally with others
    - High school diploma, plus one or more years of experience in customer service or technical support
    - Mother tongue German
    - B1-B2 level of English
    - Be able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills.
