    Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a team within an international company and ensure open communication and empathy in your working environment? Do you like to help people grow and improve their customer service skills?

    We are looking for a team leader with the motivation to manage the day-to-day operations of a team of advocates providing Customer Services to our clients, by being the driving force behind the group and making sure that the greatest levels of quality, efficiency and accuracy are achieved. We value the importance of keeping your team enthusiastic, goal focused and comfortable.

    Key skills for this position are a positive driven approach to different situations, great organization skills and the ability to cope with a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are a must! As you will be working for the French market, a it is also necessary to speak French as a mother tongue (or an equivalent level), as well as being fluent in English.

    We offer a full-time project-based contract (39h/week) from Monday to Saturday and an individual career plan to help you grow inside the company. You will work in our offices in the Poblenou district, which can be easily accessed by public transport.
